Dr Robin Diebold commenced practice as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in Armidale, NSW in 1998, and has provided continuous service to the New England region since that time.
Dr Diebold provides a full complement of general orthopaedic services to his community, both emergency and elective, with a special interest in arthroscopic surgery, and reconstruction and replacement of the hip, knee and shoulder. He has admitting and operating rights at The Armidale Rural Referral Hospital and The Armidale Private Hospital.
Dr Diebold maintains a strong focus on his ongoing education, ensuring expertise with recent developments in orthopaedics. This includes technologies such as ceramic articulations, computerised navigation and blood sparing techniques, amongst others.
It is an important part of Dr Diebold's philosophy to provide a comprehensive and safe orthopaedic service to his community in the New England region. He aims to combine excellence in decision-making and surgical skill with an approach that caters to the individual needs and concerns of all of his patients.
